2. Eligible Services

• Cloud Hosting Plans (Starter, Business, Enterprise): 100% refundable within 30 days of initial order.
• Managed Databases & Storage: 100% refundable within 30 days.
• Domain Registrations (.in, .com, .ai): Due to ICANN/NIXI registry wholesale fee rules, domain registrations cannot be refunded once registered, but you retain 100% full ownership of the domain.

3. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund directly from your dashboard or by messaging our support team on WhatsApp at +91 97516 56658 with your registered email and invoice number. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI / Card / NetBanking) within 3–5 business days.
